Terms of Service

1. Parties
These terms are an agreement between you and Dushanbe Soft (private enterprise), Dushanbe, Republic of Tajikistan for the use of Kontakio. By signing up you accept them.
2. Account
You are responsible for accurate details, keeping your password safe and the actions of employees you add to the account.
3. Plans and payment
The service is offered in plans: a free trial and paid plans. Prices are shown on the website and in the dashboard. Payments are charged to the account balance, which is topped up via payment providers. Auto-renewal can be turned off in the dashboard at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for spam, fraud, malicious or illegal content, or to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Visitor data
You own the data of your website's visitors and are responsible for collecting it lawfully, including informing visitors and obtaining consent where required. We process this data only to provide the service.
6. Availability and liability
We aim for uninterrupted service but do not guarantee it is error-free. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 3 months.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may end the service if these terms are breached, notifying you by email.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan. Disputes are first settled by negotiation, then by the court at the company's location.
