Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Kontakio (website, dashboard, widget and API) is provided by Dushanbe Soft (private enterprise), Dushanbe, Republic of Tajikistan ("we"). For data questions, email [email protected] or call +992 901 000 535.

2. Data we process

Account data: name, email, phone, position, avatar and settings. Passwords are stored only as an irreversible hash.

Payments: amount, currency, status and transaction IDs. Card data is processed by the payment provider; we never receive or store it.

Data of visitors to our customers' websites: chat messages, files, the name, phone and email a visitor chose to give, and technical data (browser, visit time). For this data our customer — the website owner — is the controller and we process it on their behalf.

3. Why

To provide the service, take payments, send important notices (plan expiry, unanswered chats), keep the service secure and supported and — only with your consent — analyse website traffic.

4. Cookies and analytics

The website uses Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica. They load only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. You can change your choice by clearing the site data in your browser. The dashboard and widget use browser storage only to work (sign-in, language, current conversation).

5. Who we share data with

Our hosting provider, to run the service; payment providers, to process payments; Google, for Google sign-in and, with your consent, analytics; Yandex, for analytics with your consent; Telegram, if you choose to enable Telegram notifications. We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

Account data is kept while the account exists. Conversation history is available within your plan's history period. After account deletion data is erased within 30 days, except payment records we are legally required to keep.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data — in the dashboard (Account section) or by writing to [email protected]. You can withdraw consent to analytics at any time. Visitors of our customers' websites may contact the website owner or us. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), password hashing, access control and logging. No method of transmission is perfect, but we take all reasonable measures to protect your data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the dashboard.
