Refund Policy

1. Balance
Unused balance can be refunded on request within 14 days of the top-up, provided it has not been spent on a plan.
2. Plans
A paid plan period is not refundable once it has started. Exception: if the service was unavailable through our fault for more than 72 consecutive hours, we refund the pro-rata part or extend the plan.
3. How to request
Email [email protected] from your account email with the amount and reason. We reply within 5 business days. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
